| In a rural setting close to the beautiful town of Mortain with all local amenities. Surrounded by open countryside, woodlands, waterfalls and granite rock faces. Two beautiful waterfalls are within walking distance of the town centre. The outdoor swimming pool opens in the summer months, tennis courts and go-carting are available nearby. There are many walks and cycle tracks and for those with a head for heights - rock climbing. The house is very central for most Normandy coast tourist attractions and within easy reach of Saint-Malo and other locations in the neighbouring region of Brittany. | ||
| In the heat of summer the cottage is cool and in the winter warm and cosy. Through the French doors there is a large decked area to sit and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside, along with a large garden with a working well, where you can enjoy breakfast with the birds singing or evening soirées under the stars with the serenade of owls. | ||
| The accommodation consists of - ground floor: lounge, large open plan dining room and kitchen area, large bathroom. first floor: retains its character with 3 large dormer bedrooms with exposed oak beams along with a separate shower room and toilet. |
